For an ADSL call center in a Multinational Company in KSA , Communication Engineers to work as call center agents needed with the below Requirements:

Education: Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or IT and familiar with DSL
Language: Good command in English Language.

Job Skills:

1- Strong Troubleshooting experience for ADSL connectivity issues, and customer side troubleshooting, very good Telephone manner.

2- Full support for the ADSL, configuration, installation, & Splitter connection

3- Professional in standard test tools and systems like Network Analyzer.

4- Working under pressure, work effectively and efficiently under or without supervision, work well in a team or as individual.

5- Improving technical background, willing to learn new skills, recommended to improve, methods, procedures, & Services.

6- Very good in reporting skills.

7- Have three years work experience minimum as help desk(A/E) with ISP companies or DSL operators

8- Excellent working in shifts.

9- Good speech & communication Skills.
